Looking through threads it becomes apparent that for many people garages on here give people credibility or reason for people to call bullscensoredt ! Are you a garage snob? If someone has an opposite opinion to you what cars WOULD you give credibility to!
Me: I guess I am a little. I give credibility to anything that takes a substantial effort to own.
I don't recall putting that thumbs down there redface mods please remove that icon!

Are you saying that you will read a post then judge the validity of the poster's opinion or advice based on their current and previous cars?

Personally posters are dead to me if they don't own a Vauxhall AND a Ford.

No. What I am saying is if someone has very extreme views on something. I will check there history to see if they have reason to express that opinion.

Do you think there are many people on PH who lie about their car history?

Yes, I've owned every F40 Ferrari ever made but I don't put it on my profile.

If someone has a garage containing a veyron, f40, zonda with no real evidence to back it up. I would probably say they are lieing.

Never really occurred to me tbh. Common sense usually works out the duff info. Also I don't drive a Volvo, nor have previously owned a Volvo, but I worked for Volvo for 5 years. So does that mean I can or can't give info about Volvos?

What about mine, would you say it's genuine? And what conclusions would you come to if I created a thread asking for insurance advice for an R8?

Or maybe they have no interest in proving it you or anyone else. Why not just take someone on how they act rather than what they own?

No chance, no one would own up to owning a diesel 207.

One of the many threads I read which lead to this question. Some nice cars you have there, I would say your garage was genuine. Your comment hints at sarcasm however.

Ownership of a car often isn't easily defined, I'd consider myself the owner of the vehicle for the period I had it.
