Fixpoint roof racks

Hi,
Got a Mazda 3 MPS here (and pretty happy with it).
Previous car was a Skoda Octavia estate so I had a Thule rack system with clamps for the roof bars. The new car has a fix point system.
Has anyone here ever used a fix point rack system? Is it difficult to use? How long would you say it takes you to fit/remove the rack?
Otherwise - anyone got any suggestions on solutions which will work with a spoiler? Ideally I'd prefer to have the bikes on the roof but if the rack is a PITA to remove/replace then I may need to reconsider.
