I've always poo pooh'd the ovals... then 2 years back I drove a restrictor plated Chevi around Daytona.. WOW! What these guys see when they hit the bend is only 25% of what they would on the straight, the g forces that I even managed where incredible. To think going round those bends at 190mph 3, 4 up is mind blowing. It gave me a new insight and great respect for the left turn kings.
