I was quite surprised I hadn't heard about a drop top Evora coming out! smile

As for the Evoque, well I guess a convertible is a logical follow on to the process of making the luxury baby SUV a 'fun' lifestyle accessory.

It's no longer about the most comfortable way to drive across the muddier bits of your country estate. Form is now every bit as important as function, so why not add the fun factor of open air motoring? It wouldn't be my choice, but neither would any 'lifestyle' SUV.

Utter dross. I would genuinely rather drive around in a 500 quid snotter than mince around in one of those.

From the side it looks like a jacked up A3 convertible, bit silly.

From the side you'd look like you were sat in a wheeled bath.

Looks okay to me and the normal Evoque looks great. Drives quite well too.

But to admit to liking it is just not the way of the PH diehard troll with no garage to show so we'd better all hate it.

If it drives as well as the hardtop it should be good fun.

boxedin I think it looks alright.

PH card is in the shredder, I'm booked for an appt with Jeremy Kyle and Tulisha next week.
