short term insurance

My mum has offered to lend me her Boxster for the weekend, but I can't get insurance.
I've tried day insure and some of the others that come up when i google temporary car insurance, they all say we don't insure Boxsters (only tried online quotes).
the other problem is I'm 23, so some won't cover me for a day because of my age. what's my best bet?
should i get myself added to her policy?
add the boxster to my policy for the weekend?
or is there any specialist temporary insurers that will insure me on a boxster for a couple days
