Rush Hour drivers Where the hell do they get a licence from?

As the title. Where the f
k do some of these fking morons who I seriously think shouldnt be left on their own let alone in charge of a moving veichal on their own get there licences from? Do some people just wait around all day just for rush hour when theres more traffic than ever on the road and then deliberattally try to cause utter carnage? Had I not been alert and paying attention to what was going on around me tonight I could have had my car written off on at least half a dozen ocassions for me through no fault of my own!
Roundabouts seem to be the worst of them all.
GET OFF THE fkING PHONE AND PAY ATTENTION TO WHO'S INDICATING AND TURNING INTO YOUR PATH WHEN IT IS THERE RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! Maybe then you might see me indicating then turning and not nearly having me in the side of your car whilst your too busy yaking away on the bloady phone! Also learn to look ahead more than 2 yards infront of the bonnet instead of coming up to roundabouts at half the speed limit then perform an emergancy stop when it's clear followed by indicating the wrong bloady way before pulling off rediculously slowly again. fking cocks in audi's.
Is there some sort of new test to drive around in rush hour like a complete tt now? Do you get cheaper insruance? Immunity from other motorists? Or are some people really just that idiotic?
All of this seems to happen when I drive sensibly, think Im gonna go back to driving around like a "yoof boy racer" tearing up the tarmac I never seem to have these issues then.
Tonight I have also ordered a case of redbull ready to arm the door pocket for throwing at every tt that crosses me from now on. Should I also inform the local ambiwlans that there services could be required sometime soon?
Anything else i've missed?
