Just use autotrader and see how much other cars of the same age, spec etc are up for.

Doesn't really matter what they're up for?

Check completed sales on ebay. What WBAC offer. Glasses guide. This will give you an idea of what it's worth. Adjust then for extras/FSH etc

All that jazz

I disagree. Advertised prices usually take precedence over 'official' sources such as Glasses (within reason of course). I remember the Glasses price for my old BMW 330 was down at something like £6k for the spec, con and miles but looking at the ad sites you couldn't find one under £8k, most were £8.5k to £9k or even more if it was a dealer. I advertised mine at just under £8k and it sold 2 days later.

Just had the same with my Astravan as well. Book value for a 'private' sale is £6900 for the age and mileage, yet I sold it yesterday for £9000 with another keen buyer hoping the sale would fall through so that he could buy it. Again, mine was the cheapest for sale for the spec, miles and age, although I did have "no VAT" on my side vs. others for sale.

Go with the advertised prices and adjust the price of yours accordingly. You won't go far wrong.
