of course halo cars are important. they never mentioned the lexus IS-F which has spawned the F-Sport packages.

have you seen the guys company website? its looks so shoddy i dont understand how he makes so much money.

At a high level, CRM systems hold details about your customers or sales contacts. Quite useful say, when you ring up your mobile phone provider or bank and you want the person on the end of the phone to actually know about and deal with your accounts etc.
Providing consultancy on implementing these systems doesn't feel like it's the harbinger of doom for western civilisation
