Not bad, the Red Room has some interesting stuff in, there's an XJ220 in there as well I think, some Mk1/Mk2 Escorts, a few motorsickles, nice cafe.
Thanks. I couldn't help but chuckle at the 220 shout as my neighbour has one parked up, so I can pour over it whenever i like

Ok i'm gonna take a look
Went on my own last year, a 150 mile-odd drive from Essex on a day off. Really, really liked it. They've got all sorts - nothing TRULY mind blowing but there's a nice XJ220, some lovely very early Americana as well as the huge 70's barges, and the red room is brilliant - I have fallen in love with the Bricklin SV-1. Some great quirky stuff too.
Well worth throwin a day at, although it's not the largest - I had photo'd pretty much all their cars after a few hours - but nonetheless a thumbs up from me.

We're fortunate enough to live 15 mins along the A303 from the museum so naturally we take as much advantage of the gift-aid unlimited(ish) visiting rights as possible. My offspring love visiting especially as there is the chance of a visit to the cafe and unscheduled toy car /book /nick-nack purchasing (mercenary blighters).
As stated above, part of the museum is being rebuilt / extended so a little bit of floor space has been temporarily lost and the lavatories are now in a portaloo trailer outside. Still worth a visit tho.

There's some interesting cars there but it took me less than hour to walk round it. The cars are really packed in there too, like a car park with ropes preventing you from walking around the cars, seeing inside, getting pictures from different angles etc.
My favourite motoring museum is the Donington collection, and the Brooklands one also good.
I think I preferred the Fleet Air Arm Museum just up the road from it, or the Helicopter museum in Weston.
