Two tone interiors, brightens up car interiors that are often a very dull place to sit.
Obviously have to be careful with the choice of colours as it can easily become tasteless (before someone posts that diesel 3 series), but a well thought out interior rather than plain black can be stunning

Good shout - I especially like it when only the seats and door cards are a differnt colour to the carpets and dash. Thought of another thing I really like though - air vents that look flush when closed.
Eg;
These VW style ones just feel satisfying to use and look at.
The added bonus of the type found in the Mazda is that they look like cake
