Do all the people who blindly repeat the pressure washers knacker bearings line actually have any proof. I've never seen any.
Stickers on the other hand that are not under the clearcoat will peel off quite nicely.

Guy who owned my 9000 before me managed to take off some of the paint on the spoiler with a pressure washer. I've never had an issue, but I use a fairly diffused spray pattern when on paintwork and do it from a decent distance away.

Not a chance on a modern car as the seals are on the back of the hub unless you try really really hard

On a mountain bike it happens very easily as the high pressure jet pushes muddy water into the bearing grease past the seal

Wheel bearings? Seriously? Never heard anyone say this and probably just as well because I would laugh so much an ambulance would be required!

we have to be careful at work with pressure washers on our machines (grass machinery) make sure everything is regreased on rollers etc because of blowing grease out of them. Dont know much about on cars ..
