Help - Power Supply!!

Apologies mods if this is the wrong place...but I need some help!

I own a small care home, and we're doing an extension. The power infrastructure engineers have been out and told us that we need to change our supply to 3 phase in order to safely provide the power needs to the building.

Does anyone know if the standing charges of price per unit will change/increase if it's a 3 phase supply? Or should those things not change and it just be the one off charges to convert to 3 phase?
