I turned up with a bright yellow Caterham last year. Drove in the drive and parked down the side of the house.
Wife met me at the front door;
"did you hear that racket? What the hell was it?"
<uncontrollable grinning>
<wife steps out to look down the side of the house>
"Is that toy yours? You are such child.."
Told her to grab her coat, took her out in it for posh meal in town - everyones a winner

Yep went to an auction with my neighbour (so he could look at some of the spares on auction) and came home with a 43yo Volvo
