Just got home after buying a Corvette!
Didn`t even go out to buy a new car.
Got a good deal though, not sure wife is impressed.

Any one else done some thing similar?

No, not done this, but am v impressed with your user name. I feel your missus may be making deposits in your particular bank when she sees what you've done! Good luck fella... and well played!

Well done OP! Pictures!!

I turned up with a bright yellow Caterham last year. Drove in the drive and parked down the side of the house.
Wife met me at the front door;
"did you hear that racket? What the hell was it?"
<uncontrollable grinning>
<wife steps out to look down the side of the house>
"Is that toy yours? You are such child.."

Told her to grab her coat, took her out in it for posh meal in town - everyones a winner thumbup

I once mentioned to my wife that I was thinking of changing my 996 turbo for an Exige S.
I don't think she believed me until she came home from a week away on a business trip, and saw the Exige in the garage.

Still married.

No brother so she cant do that.
I pick the car up on Wednesday. I live in the Middle East so the Vette should`nt ruin me with petrol at 16p a liter.
The car is a 2010 model with 17 klms on it, I can link to the dealers web site if that`s any good.
Give me 2 minutes.

Thanks for the messages.
In real money I paid 33500 pounds on a 100% loan with 48 payments.
Feel like a kid on Christmas eve waiting to get the car.
