Ok guys what's it called...? I know it's from a Merc but for the life of me can't find what it's called.

They look like Mercedes Benz "5 Spoke"..

I believe that is just known as a Mercedes 5 Spoke, the part number on the rear will dictate the application it's for.

"Algebar" was the name given to the 15 and 16 inch variant of that wheel when on the A-Class. I assume the name followed to the S-class too?

These particular ones are 18x8.5 et43 pcd5x112, should fit my 07 vw caddy???

Should do, just check they don't foul on the sliding door but I think they'll be grand.

You'll need spigot rings to reduce the centre bore from 66.6mm to 57.1mm
