New classic car dealer at the old TVR London showroom
Discussion
Well, it's been blacked out for a few days and finally opened. Landmark Cars in the old showroom. Quite a bizarre feeling driving around Hogarth roundabout this evening. Anyway, some very tasty looking classics in there already, at quick glance, GT40, Miura, Elite, and a few more. I can take a few pics and post them up later if any one wants?...... Now just to find my old remotes/ keys for the building

I take it you used to work there?
I loved that old showroom, and whenever I go over Hogarth, always look down at it and remember the old days of shiny, interesting cars. It was the only thing that lifted one's spirits on a boring drive into London apart from Coy's place in Richmond...
Had no idea it was opening up again with such fab classics - now I'm interested!!!
I live 70 miles away further South, won't be going past anytime soon, so yes PLEASE take some pics and post them up?
Ta!

They're going to struggle to cover the overheads with that lot IMO. Most particularly they'll get eaten alive by customer warranty complaints while trying to handle so many different old specialist cars.
Clearly not going for the 'Glass Half Full' approach on this one then?

That's some seeeerious car porn, right there.
I like the Ford GT pic actually - makes it look like it's going fast even when it's parked!
Thanks so much for taking those pics
It was my pleasure, I can assure you! That's some seeeerious car porn, right there.

The lambo is my particular, 'I would do ANYTHING to own that' car. Pure and simple perfection in my eyes.
And 10 years later? Enzo (meh) Ferrari copied it. But IMO lost the purity of the lines of the original 4 seater. I also have a lusting for an Espada.

With you there. I did a Petrolhead type tour of Italy a few years back, and one of the factories we visited was Lambo at Sant Agata. The lambo is my particular, 'I would do ANYTHING to own that' car. Pure and simple perfection in my eyes.

I was loving looking round all the older classic Lambos. But the one that would win my heart is still the Muira.
In those pictures you took though, as another poster above, I would have a very hard job turning down one of the Astons...

Miura is indeed fantastic but still strikes me as perhaps a younger girl that hasn't quite got to know herself or love, hence the eyes wide open, expectant, ready to go stance. The Isolera by contrast, has the eyes shut, slightly more relaxed but satisfied look!
