Strange Seatbelt request...

I am after a set of 3 point inertia seatbelts, that have tensioners but operate at the angle I am going to fit them, as well as the car they came from. I know some cars have some sort of system in the seatbelts that stops the seatbelt retracting if its not at the right angle.
Does that make sense?
