king Fabia VRS!I really am struggling to see how adding 3p to the 132.9p I last paid for petrol gives you 145p.
They even say in the frigging article that the average (not sure if it is, but still?) is 138p, so how the bejesus do they arrive at 145p?
The story is really about a hike that has been repeatedly delayed and cut. Which is a good thing. Sensationalist bellends.

132.9p? Its been as high as 144.9 near my house (Wolverhampton). Where do you get your petrol? They even say in the frigging article that the average (not sure if it is, but still?) is 138p, so how the bejesus do they arrive at 145p?

Cycle into work one day a week and you just cut your fuel bills by 20%. Winner. It is the Daily Mail....but it can't be to far off...

I thought rising fuel prices were great, as big-engined stuff became harder and harder to sell and therefore values were falling through the floor - you can get silly barges for no money at all these days!
Then I realised I'd have to sell one myself too
Thats what I thought, got a BMW 528i for £999, fantastic car, lovely to drive, yet the <20MPG on a good day around town is making me thinking about selling it already, had it since the end of January. Yet I know its going to be impossible to shift. Then I realised I'd have to sell one myself too

Hopefully I'll get the job I want and I'll get to keep it!

king Fabia VRS!I am lucky, I fill my car at the start of the month and use it when I want, I cycle or work from home and take the car if I fancy a drive, at 21 MPG it makes it so its still viable.
cycling can be enjoyable, depends on many factors but my seven miles passes quickly and I enjoy it, three days ont he bike this week and two days at home, fuel usage minimal but appreciate this affects us in other ways and a lot of people have no choice.

Where is it less than that? Given some of the ~145p prices on here it would have to be 121 somewhere and I really don't think that is the case.
