Depends on who's paying really. If it's an insurance job it'll be a new wing, new bumper, respray the wing, bumper, bonnet and door to ensure a quality finish - you'll be looking at the thick end of £500, possibly more for that.
If it was me, I'd get down the scrappy and find a C1. The wing panels will be bolt on, so I'd get one, paint it with rattle cans in the shed, and leave the bumper as is; that'll get done for around £50.

I reckon the bumper looks fine, its possible the body shop could repair the wing and remove the dent but i reckon its 50/50, much better as above to pick up a second hand wing (I'm sure you could fine one for 30-40quid) and then respray wing along with bumper, whole job should be no more than 80quid i imagine.
