Peugeot 206 Lx 2002 Cat D price????

Mrs Barker's 206 has just been written off as a cat d. We have decided to keep the car and bought it back as it makes more financial sense to do so.

It has just passed its MOT this morning.

Now a bit stuck as what to do.

Option 1: Keep car

Option 2: Trade it in against a used car (she wants a golf but trying to sway her towards a focus).

Option 3: Sell it privately but at what price.

Details of the car are, 3dr LX with panoramic sunroof, spoiler, 84,000 miles, recon gearbox about 10,000 miles ago, few dings and dents and silver.

Budget we have in cash is £1,500 and whatever we can get for the car. Any advise welcome.

If you know the car and are happy with the way it runs keep it until it dies.

If not advertise it on ebay, a small diesel (even a Cat D) should fetch a reasonable price.
