Does a used BMW from a dealer come with a 12 month warranty?

As per the title really, i seem to have the suggestion it's a 12 month warranty as standard on any used BMW bought from a dealer. Is it 12 months? A lot of manufacturers only seem to offer 3 months...
Also can any work be undertaken at any BMW dealer or does it have to be the originating one?

12 months, any dealer can do the work.

You can often haggle an extra year into the deal, too.

You can extend it at the end of the year too.
