Harness mounting Tillett EB1 bracket

Does anyone have a harness mounted using a Tillett B5 seat and Tillett EB1 mounting bracket?

I have a Schroth LOTUS II-FE http://www.msar-safety.com/detail.asp?p=111&o=... so can't use eye bolts with a spreader plate.

Wondering if anyone else had a successful way of mounting the harness?
