Best car seats for bad lower back & sciatica

Hi all, title says it all really. I'd like to know what seems to be the best seat for an individual with these conditions is. So far I've read good reports on BMW's comfort seat option. I'd also like heating for the lower back.

Also believ Mercedes may have some good options, not on what car they appear though.

Lets suppose a purchase price of ~£17k.

It's all down to what fits your back.......they're not all the same!

I found a Saab 9-3 Vector Sport seat as close to perfection as I could get for my back. The worst, and i'm showing my age here, was a Peugeot 304 'S'circa 1978.

I had heard Saab were good. Volvo were also mentioned. I agree it'll turn out to be personal thing. At least I should have a good shortlist by then and know what to look for. Thanks for info!
