1998 car totally looks like a Veyron

I was browsing the classifieds, as you do, and I came across this Russian sports car from 1998, and I thought the front looked very veyron-like... what do you think?

A definite resemblance. I do kindof like it - looks somewhat similar to a life size Hot Wheels car

Not sure it looks like a Veyron aside from the coincidence of the two-tone paint, but it is quite a nice looking car for the year - except for the roll-over hoop. Can't say I've ever heard of the company or the model before. Interesting find.
