Well, most petrol stations are the same, but there is one near my gaff that is a little different.

Most petrol stations have a cafe/bar in them, and this one is no different.

hehe

Any more 'odd' petrol stations?

I've got a Shell nearby that hasn't cloned my card yet, must be one in a million.

Awesome.

My local Tesco makes you drive in a spiral to get in and out.

The local Shell is used as a through road by people too lazy to drive around the station to the exit of the services.

That's about as exciting as my fuel filling gets.

In the UK, the clone country, it's all the same.
(I meant the cloning of petrol station layout, the card cloning seems the optional extra)

Cool biggrin

Nothing that good round here, but I reckon I have one of the last local Independents nearby - trades as a 'Murco.'

Right old run down gaff, but friendly staff, and has a little Alladin's Cave of car maintenance stuff that is right handy that most stations don't stock - little dusty boxes of different sized bulbs, cans of brake cleaner, even bits of hose!

Have also diversified into van hire - got a little fleet of old Transits, but as van hire goes, is bloody cheap.

The best feature - a free airline, but not only that, the line is connected to their own workshop compressor inside, so the pressure is immense. After I've gone off-roading in my Jeep and I need to put 20 PSI back into 4x 35 inch wheels, this airline does it in seconds - most of the crappy ones at Shells etc that cost 50p take 10 minutes!

I saw the same thing in Wisbech the other day. Must be something to do with Cambridgeshire.
