Wonder how many people on here give their cars names, or have their cars honoured with nicknames

my Audi A2 is affectionally known as 'Bean Can',

due to the fact it is aluminium and blue

SWMBO's fiesta was red and dubbed 'The Tomato' by her colleagues.

This eventually, inevitably, got shortened to 'Tommy'.

Tommy was traded in recently and as a result of these shenanigans it was not an easy parting.

I call my car "My Car" and her car "Your car", naming cars is a bit speshul.

The Audi is just "Dad's" or "the Audi".
The 308 is just "Mum's" or "the red car".
My old Megane was "Bum Car" due to it's abnormally large derrier.
My 207 is known as "Shark Car", because it's grey and sports a big gob and a shark-like nose.

"The Golf" and "The MX-5" (or just "The Mazda" if I'm feeling tight with the consonants).
