Sports Car Hire

I'm in London for a business trip in May and would like to hire a sports car for the weekend (4 days and need around 500 miles). I have found bespokes on my internet searches and wondered if anyone had any experiences with these guys or could recommend a good / reasonable provider?

Not sure of your budget but I hired an Audi R8 Spyder for the weekend from Season Car Hire.

I did a lot of ringing around beforehand as I have heard horror stories of losing the deposit due to 'damage' found on the vehicles return etc.

I was recommended Season by Jason at Aces Luxury Management as he uses them regularly. IF you contact Jason, tell him Kev Foley recommended him to you. He can supply almost anything.

I must say, it was the simplest system it could be and completely painless (apart form paying for it).

Thanks for the reply, seems like they offer pretty good mileage which is the draw towards them at the moment.

urgghh this is unnecessarily complicated - I have people lying to me about the age of cars, others wanting a photocopy of my credit card! .. wish I'd never embarked on this

On the off chance anyone ever searches for this topic, I used premier velocity in the end, the herts super car partner. Took the R8 for the long weekend and highly recommend both the car (which only had 6k on the clock) and the service. Will defiantly use again.
