Transfer my private plate to new car I've bought

How do I transfer my private plate to new car (second hand, new to me) i have just bought?

I am selling my other car private. What form do I need? How much will it cost me?

fairly simple. If the plate is on a V750 then complete box 1 and submit with your V5C and MOT cert to your local DVLA office.
