I'm taking the car on a nice cruise through the South of France end of June and will be having a new clutch and tyres fitted just before I go. So I'm thinking of going to Santa Pod at the end of May just to rag it a little bit and wear out the old stuff. I haven't been there since I was a little kid and can't remember anything about it.

Is it good/bad/waste of time?
Would you recommend it?

Not too bothered about getting a good time just fancy having a crack.

I was at the Pod last weekend and did not use the strip as i plan to go on holiday

with the car this summer and don't want to replace the transmission again first.

Probably better to go to Pod after your tripsmile

You will be bothered after your first run, you'll always want to beat your best time! smile

I don't go there often but when I do I always have a great day, even if most of my time is spent watching other cars.
