v5 replacement

I need a replacement v5 but also need to change the address otherwise I won't receive the replacement. Any idea if I can do this at the same time?

I imagine that is just asking for a bigger problem than needed with the DVLA.

I'm thinking the same. Annoyingly they are sending out new v5 s at present but to an old address I can't access.
