VW Passat CC - any good?

I've always liked the look of these (in terms of their shape at least) but have never been in one or driven one.
It's a consideration as a company car which I have to make a decision on soon so I was wondering what previous/current owners felt about them.

Are they a decent steer for what they are?

Comfortable and well equipped, but you've got to be a contortionist to get in the rear.

I thought it a bit cheap inside . Drove like the diesel rep mobile it was . The chap that owned it really liked it and had no trouble with it at all

Is that because of the sweeping roof line?

Yep, I'm only a midget round here 5'8", and every time I got in or out I managed to smack my head, so god knows how tall guys cope.
