When is enough enough?

Right then,
I've got a 1998 MB2 Civic. It has been the very model of reliable, stress free car ownership, which I what I bought it to do. I just use it to go to the shops, social stuff and the occasional 400 mile round trip to see family. It doesn't get used for commuting. It has only done 111,000 miles and has been serviced on time every time.
It has only ever needed routine maintenance, which is good. This year, however, it's had ac re-gassed, some rust dealt with and a new sump, along with a cam belt and front brake pads and now has an MOT until 14 april next year.
So this year it's cost a fair bit, which is fine as a one off and now it is running as well as it has ever done.
The big question is, how long to I keep it for?
I have had it 10 years and I'll probably get £500 for it, so it's cost me £600/ yr in depreciation. Do I say when the repairs hit £600/year get rid? Or, I have £9k sitting in the bank pencilled in for a replacement that might earn £270/yr interest, is it £270/ year repairs and get rid?
Any time off the road for maintenance and repairs gets done while I am at work, so it's not like I am loosing time or money while it is off the road. The £9k replacement might seem a lot for so few miles, but any replacement will be looked after and run for at least a decade and I like stress free motoring.
Over to the panel.

I think if you are paying someone to do the repairs then your getting towards the end of whats realistic. Well done on the ac still working though.
My 98 vectra was bought in 06 for £800 having done 91k. Its now done 166k and went straight through its mot in december. It costs me minimal in parts and i do the work. I would say running costs of less than £150 a year. Now when do i get rid of that :/
