Who invites another to look at their driving?

Folloowing on from How do you rate your ability behind the wheel? who invites another to comment on their driving on a regular basis - perhaps yearly?

As an IAM senior observer I am lucky because I have plenty of other observers and a choice of 3 examiners who I can ask so I tend to make it a yearly check
