Oooohhh, yum!
I hope the lights aren't just disguised and will actually be that shape. I've found the VH platform cars a little boring for a couple of years and they need a freshen up.

Looks promising, but I'll reserve judgement until I see it uncovered.

To me it looks like Halfords have had a go at it. Those alloys are horrible, I think they also make the front spoiler look like an afterthought too. Some classic Aston style wheels would be specd if I could afford such a machine

It's in disguise, so oddly enough it will look different.

I'm seeing it next month at the factory, so I'll give my verdict then.

I just saw a rather fit blonde female in a DB9 rag top. Most alluring but I reckon she'd be a man-eater.

Very nice but it looks massive.

As that is obviously just a test mule, the wheels fitted in those pics will just be what they had lying around the workshop, rear windows partially covered, disguised door panels, plenty of duck tape on the front / rear panels and i would not be surprised if they fit a different bonnet on the finished vehicle, i shall reserve judgement until i see the finished article.

V12 Vantage is still the pick of the bunch.

Also, Aston Martin need to change the record, the russian doll approach is getting boring.

just how a proper GT cross-continent car should be then smile

no wider than any other large american car such as the viper, corvette etc i wouldn't have thought, if it is, then it'd be a minimal difference.

So its an update rather than an all new car!? Isnt it time Aston moved on a bit with the styling as well as this just looks like a pumped up Virage

I see what you mean but as is the case with the 911 keep all of the styling cue's from previous models and create evolution not revolution, but in essence yes they all look the bloody same. hehe

Don't know about the Viper but the Vette has the same dimensions as a 911...so more akin to the V8. Just seems to have big overhangs.

Unsure at the moment- front end looks like a modified supra.

Was never a fan of the current one though- too 'look at me'.

The original would be on the lottery list though.

It's not like the 911 though - all of the DB9/S/RS/Virage (any others) have the same body, and the Vantage is on the same platform, which is now 8 years old. They need a new platform, and soon.

Wow, Auto Express find a picture, fabricate a story around it being the new DBS and then put it in print !

Good job Auto Express, probably best not to listen to a word they say to be honest......

Also "Our spy photographers spotted the as yet unnamed DBS replacement taking a fuel break"....

I believe car is pulling up to the Aston building at the Nurburgring, which does not have any fuel pumps ?

Wow, these people just make it up as they go along!! Great journalism......

Erm, there's the Aral station near the Ring entrance that everybody uses.
