Most interesting thing on a trailer? Here's a Spitfire...
Discussion
This is the replica Spitfire from Lytham St Annes in Lancashire (see http://www.w3644.com/ ) if the photo was taken sometime this last week or so, it had been on display at the Colwyn Bay 1940's Festival of Fun & food.
Check out the "events" page on the W3644 website to see the next appearances of the replica.
I've seen this a number of times, and the commentary given by the "crew" is very interesting indeed.
Also if you attend one of the events, you can actually get to sit in the plane (for a donation) there you go Biggles!

Taken yesterday on A2 outside Canterbury, it was very windy and I think the driver was working on a "drive quickly so I can use downforce from the elevators to keep me on the road" strategy.Check out the "events" page on the W3644 website to see the next appearances of the replica.

Superb reply!
Taking a second look at it, It's not the lytham one now, it's identification is different to the Lytham one that I've seen, funnily enough, the Lytham one is pulled by a dark green Disco TD5 as well.
Mmmmmmm! curious, it could even be one of the actual spitfires still flying. I've checked out the Battle of Britain Memorial flight Spitfires, and it's not one of theirs. My neighbour is a plane fanatic, I'll see if he can find out where it belongs.

It would be logical if the owner of the Disco pulled more than one plane around. It looks like he has the correct kit to do it and I doubt many trailers are capable of doing this for such a specific object.mad4amanda said:

Maybe it's had a change of code - or the original code re-instated?
got it! my aeroplane fan has come up with the information with ref to the spitfire on the trailer. It's actually a plastic replica built for Rex Cadmans 'War & Peace' show, Battle of Britain Experience. They are based in Canterbury, Kent. Hers's a link; http://www.battleofbritainexperience.co.uk/photo/3...
