Just bought wrapped car, what colour to declare to dvla and insurnce co?

Bought a yellow car that has been wrapped in white. Am i required to inform the DVLA and my insurance company?

Insurance company will need to be informed, as it's classed as a modification.

Don't think you will need to tell the DVLA though. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
