Selling a private plate

Basically I want to get rid of the private plate thats on one of my cars asap as the tax runs out at the end of this month. Not botherd about getting full market value for it but the valuations I've had would suggest it's worth around £500 so I would be quite happy to get rid for between £200-£250.

Does anybody have any recomendations on any companies that would buy the plate outright instead of just advertising the plate then taking there comission if it sells.

ebay it, starting at 99p. Tell them that transfer fee of £80 and retention fee of £25 will be added to final sale price.
