"car warehousing" to save money ?

Hi

I live in central london, probably the most expensive place in the UK for parking/garages (I'm asked 100pw for a garage where i live, MADNESS) AND insurance (policy gets more expensive years after years, even with brokers/comparison websites).

As I dont drive it often anyways (only weekends, and not even every weekends), I would like to know if there is any kind of "car warehouse" easy to access from central london? A place where you can leave your car aside other customers' and pay a cheaper rent than I would around my place. I imagine this would solve all of the above, cheaper insurance overthere, cheaper garage cost, etc.
