What is this for?

What is this used for? It had a camera in each corner on the roof, but no markings anywhere to say what it was or who it worked for.

I'm seeing a red cross - so I'll have to guess ANPR or road traffic management research.

Or an ambulance pulling a wheelie.

Strange, the pic was there when I previewed it, I cant't see it now either?!

The ambulance would've been cool, but unfortunatley it was just a plain white Toyota Aygo thingy!
