Uploaded with ImageShack.us

£200 Worth of game credit, someone just so happens to have been 1 pixel closer, I have zoomed right in and its physically impossible to have been any closer and not win.

Apologies for my sarcasm, I'm really sorry!

All I see for the image in your original post is what looks like a circular cushion where the image should be.

It should look like a target - its spot the ball, closest to the centre wins.

A chap on here won a Cayman from them a couple of years ago, if memory serves.

I thought it was decided by a solictor or similar choosing where they thought the ball was. Therefore, the actual ball could be miles out from where the solicitor selects as the winning position.

All of our competitions comply with UK gaming law, which requires them to be skill based. We use 'spot the ball' as the basis for our skilled competitions as it is both widely recognised and easy to understand. The process we use to operate and judge our 'spot the ball' games is in compliance with UK Gaming Commission guidelines. See the 'How to Play' section for full details.
The Judge is a football referee, who has officiated in the FA Premier League and for FIFA in 78 International matches in 35 countries. He was Honorary President of The Board of the Referees' Association of England and is a FIFA and UEFA referee assessor and instructor.
The Lawyers are a firm of Solicitors with multiple offices in London, UK and the Competition Auditors are Wilkins Kennedy, an international firm of accountants.

Yes. I know a chap who won a Mercedes 500SL a few years back.

He bought one ticket on the way to a family holiday in Italy. His whole extended family with him took the mickey for days and said he'd wasted his money, until a few weeks after his return he got a call saying he'd won.

He was offered a cash alternative (think it was about £50k from memory), but he took the car, kept it for a while (I drove it once) and then sold it for a decent sum.

I occasionally play this. I played the big boys category once, just because they had a GT3 RS 4.0 as an option, and it's probably the closest i'll get to owning one. I really think i'd struggle to pick the prize if I won though. On your list, i'd find it quite easy to ignore the Cayenne, Rangie and the Mini Coupe (although the +£20k makes it trickier), but harder to choose between the rest.

Indeed I was lucky enough to win a car. I chose the Porsche Cayman (although I had a pretty freehand on which cars I could choose TBH). I ran her for a year then decided to sell up as I got a very good offer from a dealer. BOTB were ace the whole way through the process and I've kept in touch with them. It's also nice to find that they are all proper petrolheads.

More recently I also got to meet David Coulthard as part of a BOTB promo.

I did a write up here of my win and on meeting DC http://alunr.com/ last time I posted a write up PH got annoyed as they thought it was an advertising stunt...

The fact it involves skill as well as luck is the sole reason I refuse to do it. Would be up for it if it was a raffle.

My friends dad won an ultima from BOTB.

I seem to remember that he actually told them to get lost on the first call they made, thinking it was a joke... Something like that anyway.

Took delivery some days later but sold it on (and he's a car nut), Luck sod!
