I have a 2010 Citroen Berlingo 1.6 HDi Van. I wonder if the DRL would suit it or not. I also like the darker rear lights. scratchchin

Still no PH sticker on mine. frown

Yeah its the new facelift one. From what ive grasped from Citroens configurator the DRL's are only standard on the XTR spec (which is what im getting).

With regards to he sticker, window ideas quite a good one. Maybe windscreen where mirrors stuck to it? hmmm...

He might you know, need something like that, and the berlingo offers the best value or practicality

In the same way a rugby player might wear appropriate clothes when going for a beer or job interview or decorating, rather than rugby kit.

7/10, because I replied.

He also might, you know, have a fleet of TVRs and german exotica in his garage but need the Berlingo for the weekly shopping run...

OP - I'd put your sticker in the bin.

The PH stickers are right up there with all the nurburgring variants imho. Very cheesy

As for the people knocking his choice - just because it may not be exotic or fast, it is still any exiting buy for the OP. Why not be happy for him? Not everyone chooses a TVR or MX5 to announce their mid life crisis.biggrin

I've got something with even less "street cred" as my daily driver - a Fiat Qubo diesel. I've just had it re-mapped, though! My second car is a 964.

Same here - a Fiat Qubo Trekking diesel no less.In orange and 95 bhp to cope with somehow. But it does 65mpg and helps with the dog/sports stuff etc.

My other car is a SLK 55AMG which is arriving in June.Seems a reasonable balance to me.

I was nearly as excited waiting for the Qubo as I am for the SLK so it's what the car means to us that is important not necessarily what the car is - as often exhibited by some people who buy supercars just for the badge without any real appreciation of the car or care for it.So the fact the OP has a Berlingo does not in my eyes make him any less of a ph'er.

If you think being into cars is defined by what you drive then you're exactly the kind of person who doesn't belong on these forums.

A berlingo is a much better tool than a Ferrari, BMW, 911 or any number of cars for doing certain jobs. Not everyone who loves cars needs to show that to the world by driving the most expensive motor they can afford, and not everyone who loves cars owns just one car or needs to fit in with a consensus that seems to be generally upheld by narrow-minded blinkered morons such as your good self.

You go and enjoy you BMW and your one make fan boy forum and leave those of us who know cars and driving to talk about it without needing to point and laugh at folk who don't have a 150mph car in their garage.

What made you change your order from the C63 to the SLK?

We've got a black 55 here and it's a stunning bit of kit - not sure which I'd choose though.
