I don't really see the point...but it's amazing none the less. Is he deliberately just doing rolling burnouts all the time or is there simply too much power for the tyres to put down? If the latter....again, seems a bit pointless...

need slicks to put that power down... however.. running slicks on the road is very much legal in the US

Fine, its not pristine, its got a dent here and there and no 3-storey bug catcher standing proud of the hood. But it would take someone pretty clueless to miss the tubbing and the king size Mickey Ts hanging off the back, white wall or no.

Gimmee a Challenger, Coronet or GTO any day.

Going back to your opening line about not seeing the point (not a criticism by the way, laying rubber isnt everyone's taste), in the US and OZ burnouts themselves are a sport, in the same way drifting is in many places. Cars are built especially for the purpose of doing long, loud, smoky burnouts in a variety of styles, right down to tyres that produce coloured smoke.

The burnout was a tad excessive and long, though I did enjoy the flames from the exhaust towards the end - they got a bit hot Love the bunny hoping at the start too - nothing says "big ass supercharger" quite like that.

I want!! To be honest i'd take it with only 500hp, probably way more than enough! Love the whole concept of sleeper cars, and this one's a perfect example in my eyes.
