Just yesterday in Tesco's I saw a small Gel air-freshener which was supposedly "new car" scent. Nearly tempted to hide one in the car...

This came up recently. Its fumes from the glues used and is supposedly dangerous according to PH consensus. Personally I love the smell and wish my car still smelt like it. Only lasted 6 months or less.
