hello.
my 7 yr old BINI had a very small leak from a rear caliper. this was meneded (stupidly i don;t know 'how') and new brake fluid. it then passed MOT.
After a couple of days i have a 'spongy pedal' again. it's going back into a well regarded bmw specialist again this week - they think that it must have a bit of air in from when they bled the brakes (this all feels and sounds right) but could it be something else? nothing was picked up by the MOT and that was done by a proper place not a 'get you through' establishment.
i want to know what else i might look out for over next couple of days.
i think they're a decent place and i want to help them get it mended. i guess it's sort of their 'fault' that the brakes weren;t 100% bled (if that IS the issue) but i am not blame-storming i just want it back to normal. they actually felt good on friday for the first time in ages! it clearly needed new fluid (irrespecitive of the small leak).

sure, that's what i thought really. just wondered if there was anything else i could watch for.
it seems to brake straight enough and roles backwards with no brakes on so i don;t think the calipers are sticking or anything.
they have a decent rep and i thought they had a good attitude etc. and there was an alpina B3 in there so can't be that bad!
thanks.
tarrah!
