Quick question for any spray painters out there!

I need to spray a small bit of bodywork on my car and would like to use some left over paint I have lying around, rather than spend £50 on an aerosol.

However, I'm a little lost as to which thinner I need to buy. The paint I have is here:

It says to use "Medium Reducer" and I have no idea what that is.

As I only need about 100ml of paint I don't really want to buy a giant bottle of thinners so I was wondering if something like this would work?
