I`m looking for an insurance co that will take a 25yo male driving a 2003 TF for 3k pa on classic insurance that will either mirror our no claims(5 yrs) or give a sensible quote with out, less than £300?.
Can anyone reccommend a company or website we can get a quote on? been on a few sites and they all want silly money imo.

I certain insurance company named after a bomber, Lancaster (although there are other insurers out there of course) Negative side you won't build any extra no claims but the pricing is good. Used to have my F through them and now have the ZT insured with them

9 years old seems a bit young for classic insurance. Have you tried a fleet policy? They tend to mirror your NCB.

Hi

Got my classic policy through Performance Direct (it is underwritten by someone else though - cant remember who though!). AFAIK, most classic policies will ask about no claims on other cars, but you won't be able to get further no claims through a classic policy.

At present I am paying £107 on my Eunos for one year.... not too bad!

If your a member of the MGOC or MGCC then Peter Best are worth a call.
I have a 2004 TF160 & a 2004 ZT260 insured on Classic policies with them, so can confirm the policy will cover more modern MG's too.
My 2005 160 is insured on a non-classic policy with them, so I can retain/accrue NCB and have unlimited mileage, but the premium is still pretty competitive.

The letters M and G biggrin lots of companies offer limited mileage classic policies on these cars. Its just trying to get to a sensible price.
