Ooops wrong date!

This reminds me of the time we went to France. I had done all the preparation. The Ferry was leaving Poole at 8AM, so I booked a B&B in Poole the night before. WE drove down from Leeds the day before got to the B&B no problems.....
On the day of the sailing we got up at 5:30AM and drove down to the ferry terminal for 7AM.
When we got there everything was locked up??
Bit strange I thought, maybe I got the wrong time??
Got the tickets out and realised I got the wrong ferry terminal - It should have been Portsmouth and not Poole!! Doh.... I haven't lived that down over the years..... and it was 14 years ago!!

I started booking a ferry/train to france about 11.30pm for 'tomorrow evening' once.. managed to get a good deal - however, what I didn't realise is by the time I actually booked it the time had just gone midnight so I screwed the dates up and booked it a night later :/
only realised about an hour before we were meant to leave :/

If it makes you feel any better I've been up at 6, at the station by 7, wondering why the platform is clear, then realised it was Saturday..............
