Insurance Broker Recommendation

My pal is learning to drive, he's 26 years old, prob is he's a barman who lives on site but for insurance purposes could also live at his mothers, don't know which is lowest risk. Can anyone recommend a broker, he's only looking to insure a 1.2 Corsa/Clio/Fiesta etc, promised I would get him some numbers.
