Shell "Fuel Save"

The local Shell filling station has black insulating tape obscuring the "Fuel Save" logo on both the diesel and petrol pumps. I asked the attendant why this had been done and he said that it was due to the closure of the Coryton Refinery and no availability of the specially formulated "Fuel Save" products?
