Im getting car on Friday and its down in Kent (About 300miles from me!) im wanting to get a check so that i know everything's OK and hopefully then I can meet the buyer somewhere in the middle and just hand over the cash. I have looked on the RAC/AA and they are charging £200, Does anyone know of any other companies who are a bit cheaper? The car is a 2003 Ibiza TDI Sport but with a 1.9tdi Cupra engine and Hybrid turbo + many other engine mods.

You'll prob be best choosing a reputable garage in that area and ask him to take it there and pay the garage an hour or 2 in labour to go over it

Yeah that could be an idea. Will have a look on the net now for any good garages.
