Anybody work for Live Promotions? (Bromley Pageant)

Tried to register for One Make Parking this afternoon to be told that booking closed at noon (not that it says anything about that on the website).
I was told I should just be able to drive in, but I can't see how that will work. Bought some advance tickets, but was told they have to be collected on the gate. Now I am assuming this will be the main public entrance, not the One Make Parking entrance, which opens after all the One Make Parking arrives - ie, a different gate from the one I will be arriving at, at a time after I need it!
I've emailed them with no response - anybody shed any light on it?
